Irene Kerrigan
Ms. Irene started her career with KinderCare in August 1986 as the Preschool Teacher and soon became the Assistant Director. After a few years, she accepted the role as a Director. She has two children who also attended KinderCare from infancy through their school age years. She attributes their success in school to the quality of early childhood education that they received from KinderCare. When she is not working, Ms. Irene loves traveling and spending time with her family and their dog, Scooter.

Ms. Susan Kane
Ms. Susan started her career with KinderCare in November 1992 as the Toddler Teacher and became the Assistant Director in 2001. She lives in Middletown with her husband and three children. Her children attended KinderCare as infants and are currently still attending for summer camp. In her spare time, Ms. Susan enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
